You'll run dispatch, keep the fleet road ready, handle claims, and keep the crew moving on the worst days. You report straight to the CEO and own the field.

What you’ll do:

Supervise the front line crew
Run a tight dispatch calendar for the team
Work with sales to keep availability 100% accurate at all times
Keep the fleet road ready and handle compliance
Perform on site estimates and inspections

What it takes:

3+ years running operations
Damages claims handling experience
Resourcefulness under pressure, broken trucks, missing drivers, all of it
Ability to build trust and loyalty with team members
Obsessive attention to detail, trucks, comms, procedures
