Customer Experience Associate (Remote)

What You’ll Do:

Be the Voice of Both Locations: After training, you'll handle customer calls for our Austin and Dallas operations.
Grow Into a Moving Consultant: Learn our Smart Moving CRM to provide professional quotes and move guidance.
Daily Responsibilities: Answer calls, emails, and texts from customers, collect move details, and create accurate estimates.
Work Independently: Manage your workload remotely with minimal supervision while meeting performance goals.
Build Your Career: Work directly with leadership with clear path from Call Associate to Moving Consultant and beyond.

Tech Doesn't Scare You: Comfortable with Google Suite, Excel, CRM systems, and communication tools.

Bonus Points:

3+ years in customer service or sales roles speaking directly with customers
Remote work experience with proven self-management
Experience with quoting systems or pricing tools
