We're not handing you a roadmap. We don't have one. We have business operations that need to be automated, workflows that need agents, and problems that need someone who can walk in, figure out what to build, and build it.
What you'll do:
That person owns it completely. Not manages it. Not consults on it. Owns it. That's who we're hiring.
You work AI-first, move fast, and make the call. No hand-holding. No spec documents that go 12 revisions deep. You see a problem, you build the solution, you ship it. If something breaks, you fix it. If something could be better, you say so — then make it better.
What you'll do:
- Ship fast — apps, automations, tools, integrations. Quality that holds up, speed that doesn't wait.
- Work AI-first. Cursor, Bolt, Lovable, Replit — whatever closes the gap fastest.
- Own it end-to-end. Architecture, build, deploy. No handoffs.
- Build and deploy agents that automate what shouldn't be done manually twice.
- Real full-stack chops — frontend, backend, APIs, databases. You know when to vibe code and when to actually engineer it.
- Fluent with AI coding tools and agent frameworks — Cursor, Bolt, Lovable, n8n, Make, LangChain, or equivalent. You don't just use AI, you build with it.
- Right tool for the job — full-stack, no-code, low-code. You don't have a religion about it.
- You move without being pushed. Deadlines are self-imposed.
- 100% remote flexibility — work from anywhere in the world, Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm CST
