What you'll do:
- Build agent workflows that connect to live operational data — scheduling systems, CRMs, communication tools — and surface what needs attention before anyone has to ask.
- Implement MCP or equivalent to connect AI to real data sources in a way that holds up in production, not just in a demo.
- Work AI-first. Cursor, Bolt, Lovable, Replit — whatever closes the gap fastest.
- Own it end-to-end. Architecture, build, deploy. No handoffs.
- Real full-stack chops — frontend, backend, APIs, databases. You know when to vibe code and when to actually engineer it.
- Fluent with AI coding tools and agent frameworks — Cursor, Bolt, Lovable, n8n, Make, LangChain, or equivalent. You don't just use AI, you build with it.
- Right tool for the job — full-stack, no-code, low-code. You don't have a religion about it.
- You move without being pushed. Deadlines are self-imposed.
